Habitat du Littoral's contribution to Shine
HL is convinced that together with crossborder partners, local projects are stronger and go further than what was initially planned. Shared housing practices will improve thanks to Belgium partners (OCMW Ieper). For thermal comfort some ideas are developed with Armines and discuss this further with Sint -Niklaas would be a useful synergy. One of the sites have similarities with a building owned by BHCC and an high level of exchanges is expected with Amicus Horizon as the other social housing association.
Presentation of the organisation
HL is the municipal housing association of BoulogneSurMer. As the main social housing organisation and owner of more than 30% of the total housing stock of the city, it is involved in numerous building and retrofitting projects. Therefore it is crucial for it to better manage its environmental impact . Besides it is concerned with “un contrat de ville” with the French state for urban renewal, to fight against urban segregation and involve residents.
